Terms of Service

Please read the following rules & guidelines

Visit FAQ for a complete list of what I will and will not draw.

*I have the right to refuse service to anyone

*Commission slots are first come first serve

*Refrence images are mandatory

*If you are ordering more then one commission, please fill out seperate forms per order.

*Once I've received your commission form, you will receive an email or message from me via your choice of communication.
you must respond within 10 days, or your entry will be removed from the queue.

*Please be speciffic when submitting your commission details
(i.e. listing certain poses, props, backgrounds and any other info you feel should be included.)

*If you are commissioning a fan character/OC, state what show, movie, book, video game etc. they're from.

*If I need additional info, I will ask upon starting your commission.

*If you would like to include additional info or make any changes, please do so before I start your commission.

*I do provide rush services for an additional $30.

*If you decide to request a rush on your commission later on, please be sure to give me at least a month's notice.

*There is an additional one time $100 royalty fee for using my art on merchendise.

*Fully paid commissions take priority over those awaiting payment, as well as those using the payment plan option.

*If you would like a refund before your commission has been started, you will receive your payment back in full or in payments (depending on my current financial state.)

*If you request a refund after your commission has been started, you will be given a refund minus 25%.

*There are no refunds once your commission is completed

*Turnaround times may vary depending on certain factors
(i.e. Real life obligations, length of the commission queue, etc.)
